A dedicated Team
Our reputation has been built over many years, with the efforts and dedication of our surveying, estimating and buying departments, contract management, field management and operatives. Many of which have been with us since the start of our business.
Our Own Plant
Our fleet of plant is fully maintained and regularly updated to ensure the highest level of equipment safety and efficiency on site.
We value our long-term and new business relationships. These are built from understanding the needs of our client’s businesses and our ability to anticipate change and adapt as required.
Health and Safety
The foundation of our policy is based on the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. We actively ensure the health and safety of our team, suppliers, contractors and all people who may be affected by our activity by strictly adhering to legislation and best-practice standards.
We continually identify, assess and control risk by regularly reviewing company processes and procedures. To identify scope for improvement in health and safety performance on site we continuously monitor activity and implement changes where necessary to ensure a robust system is in place.
The key to exemplary health and safety performance is the continuous training and education of our work force.
We pride ourselves on employing a high calibre team. We achieve this by the training and on-going development of our team which is key to our current success and future growth.
Our work force is fully CSCS trained and all plant operatives are CPCS qualified. We empower all of our team by providing training to at least a level 2 NVQ with all Site Managers and Contracts Managers holding SMSTS qualifications.
All training meets the industry recognised standards and is accredited by the appropriate body (CITB, NPORS, PASMA, City and Guilds etc.)
Our environmental commitment fully complies with BS EN ISO 14001:2004 which forms the framework of our policy.
We ensure our team receive regular training and updated information on environmental issues.
We aim to reduce our impact on the environment wherever possible. We achieve this by preventing pollution and reducing any adverse impact of our operations on the environment. We comply with all relevant legislation and codes of practice and strive to maintain efficiency in the use of materials and energy, reducing waste wherever possible.
